<br /> Kurator: Florian Gessler </em> </p> </div> </div> </div> <div class="field field-type-nodereference field-field-presentation"> <div class="field-items"> <div class="field-item odd"> <div class="field-label-inline-first"> Public Presentations and Performances:&nbsp;</div> <a href="/events/echo-noise-frechheit-freiheit">echo noise @ Minoriten Graz</a> </div> </div> </div> <div class="field field-type-filefield field-field-media-file"> <div class="field-label">Recording:&nbsp;</div> <div class="field-items"> <div class="field-item odd"> <div class="filefield-file clear-block"><div class="filefield-icon field-icon-video-x-msvideo"><img class="field-icon-video-x-msvideo" alt="video/x-msvideo icon" src="http://grh.mur.at/sites/all/modules/filefield/icons/protocons/16x16/mimetypes/video-x-generic.png" /></div><a href="http://grh.mur.at/sites/default/files/echonoise_long.avi" type="video/x-msvideo; length=72973386" title="echonoise_long.avi">echo noise recording (mp4, 70 MB)</a></div> </div> </div> </div> audio video Tue, 23 Jun 2009 09:36:07 +0000 grh 123 at http://grh.mur.at 2819-1 http://grh.mur.at/projects/2819-1.html <div class="field field-type-text field-field-description"> <div class="field-items"> <div class="field-item odd"> <p>composition for electronically adapted accordion, computer and live-video </p> </div> </div> </div> <div class="field field-type-number-integer field-field-year"> <div class="field-items"> <div class="field-item odd"> <div class="field-label-inline-first"> Year:&nbsp;</div> 2006 </div> </div> </div> <div class="field field-type-text field-field-authors"> <div class="field-items"> <div class="field-item odd"> <div class="field-label-inline-first"> Authors:&nbsp;</div> Georg Holzmann </div> <div class="field-item even"> <div class="field-label-inline"> Authors:&nbsp;</div> Manuela Meier </div> </div> </div> <div class="field field-type-text field-field-abstract"> <div class="field-label">Project Description:&nbsp;</div> <div class="field-items"> <div class="field-item odd"> <p>2819-1 is a live sound and video installation in time and consists of 2 different rooms.</p> <p>The concert-visitors are "forced" to stay in these rooms for a specific time because of the arrangement of sounds and pictures - so they are not able to move through the installation as they like.</p> <p><span class="inline inline-center"><a href="/content/2819-logo"><img src="http://grh.mur.at/sites/default/files/images/2819.gif" alt="" title="" class="image image-preview " width="350" height="262" /></a></span></p> <p>The possibilities of the classical accordion were enlarged with cheap additional hardware (hacked mouse, keyboard).<br /> The accordion is modified to a hybrid instrument, which sends control data to the computer, but can also produce "normal" accordion sounds - so it is possible to play extremely high, low and dense sounds on it.</p> <p>Duration: ca. 5 to 40 minutes.</p> <p>See also <a href="http://grh.mur.at/projects/2819.html">2819</a>.</p> <div class="image-clear"></div> </div> </div> </div> <div class="field field-type-nodereference field-field-presentation"> <div class="field-items"> <div class="field-item odd"> <div class="field-label-inline-first"> Public Presentations and Performances:&nbsp;</div> <a href="/events/2819-1-musikuni-vienna">2819-1 @ Musikuni Vienna</a> </div> <div class="field-item even"> <div class="field-label-inline"> Public Presentations and Performances:&nbsp;</div> <a href="/events/2819-1-open-cube">2819-1 @ Open CUBE</a> </div> </div> </div> video Sun, 03 May 2009 10:17:58 +0000 grh 102 at http://grh.mur.at
